Theoretical question:
If a "Monkey's Uncle" DVD were to come out, how much more likely would you be to buy it if it contained, as a bonus feature, a music-video version of the main title song sequence?  (Basically, the main title performance without all the text, credits, etc.)

Thanks for your opinions!

Sure, I'd buy it.  I love the part where the chick (can't think of her name) puts her hands over Denny's eyes while he's drumming.

Or was that the opening of The Girls On The Beach?  Either way, I'd buy the Monkey's Uncle.

You ARE thinking of Girls on the Beach;  however, Annette F does do the monkey with Mike Love during Carl's guitar solo...

I'd buy it if it showed the band more instead of the people in the audience dancing.

I would also use Annette's stereo album mix for the bonus video (with its thick, fat reverb), instead of the mono mix used on the movie soundtrack.

Does the stereo mix include Annette's extra lines at the end "I love the Monkey's Uncle, yeah, yeah"?  I recall the Disney Classic mix as just having the BB's at the end.

You can see her sing those lines in the film, so it might have to be the mono mix if that is the case.
