Spector said, "I think I killed somebody" shortly after the shooting
Case closed IMO.
OJ, Jackson, Blake, and now Spector. Crazytown USA.

Not really. The prosecution didn't present a good enough case for what exactly did happen. They both were drunk and high. Consider that Spector wasn't sober, and also said "I think," and not "I killed." It's one man's testimony, also. You would think that scientific evidence would be overwhelming if a person shot someone in the face at close range, yet it wasn't. If there was a better case, then blame the prosecution, not the jury. The judge certainly favored the prosecution all down the line. I really doubt Spector ever will be convicted. People blame LA juries and the power of celebrity, but I think it really does come down to prosecutorial incompetency and grandstanding. It's the Los Angeles D.A.'s office that's in love with celebrity -- their own.

Let me add, too, that the "Jackson" thing was the biggest bunch of b.s. ever, if you followed the case at all you'd see that the entire thing was a shakedown by the boy's mother. Michael's clearly living in la-la land, but that doesn't neccesitate that he's a pervert. He's been married twice, both women pretty much think he's the biggest jerk walking the face of the earth, and both have went on record saying he's incapable of harming a kid. If his own ex-wives won't rat him out, I'd say it's safe to say since pedophiles can't turn their sexual libido on and off for years at a time that he was innocent of the charges. Michael's had 10 million kids at his house for 25 years, and 2 people have claimed something happened, both times with suspect parents? Come on. They both called their lawyers and neither called the police? Come on.
As for the Spector case, I blame the judge. Pretty much incompetant.... I've seen and heard dozens of lawyers and judges on televison talking about the case and they all pretty much were in agreement that the judge made some pretty ignorant decisions all the way through the trial.

Question...if neither allegation were true,then
how in the hell were the boys able to describe the vitiligo markings on Jackson's d*ck?
Also, just how many of the other parents were paid off? Quite a few, I bet.
Anyway...it seems like if you are a celebrity in this country, you can get away with anything. God bless America.

The cult of celebrity doesn't have much to do with Spector's acquital - he's hardly the high public profile, "nice guy" image of a Simpson, or even the talented and popular though eccentric Jackson. The high profile and expensive lawyers and expert witnesses that spector's money could afford had everything to do with his acquital. If anything, his past history and his appearance in court worked strongly against him - a more crazed appearance, complete with shaking hands (perhaps his hand shook on the trigger of the gun?) can hardly be imagined.

When did this happen? I thought these were allegations that were never proven. Please link me to the article that you get your info from. Thanks....

I caught a little of that trial shortly after Labor Day on Court TV, and the prosecution was giving its summation, closing arguments, and to my ears and eyes, they (he) appeared a bit cocky, like this was going to be an open and shut case..wham bam guilty, off to jail. But no one should treat a murder case as if it is already won. Not in LA anyway. If you ever find yourself on trial for murder, you better pray you are in Los Angeles. You'll be home in time for dinner.

never happened, just some crap the news through around as fact when in fact there's nothing of that sort. GOD BLESS AMERICA, where nothing has to be proven, just stated in public and folks believe it.
Use some sense. Look @ ANY case of pedophilia, it's always some guy that did 200 kids, Michael jackson has had millions of kids at his house for decades and twice he's been accused of something. If you look into the evidence in either case, they were both suspiciously suspect, and both times neither family called the police, they called their lawyer. GQ magazine did an excellent story years ago called "The Framing of Michael Jackson" that interviewed people close to the first case, the kids parents divorced, Michael stopped paying the dad's bills, and the dad got the kid to say Michael molested him. In this last case, the mother sued J.C. Pennys 2 years earlier for sexual harrasment charges, and Penny's settled out of court for 150 thousand dollars. She claimed that after her son stole a wallet from the store, two security guards sexually abused her and her two kids in the parking lot. I am not making this up. Both cases were literally, obviously shams, but nobody wants to look at it with any kind of objectivity since Michael is such a freak.

It came up (pardon the pun) during both cases. The thing is, Jackson never denied it. Of course, he has said that he bathes with boys (and if I recall correctly, that may have been mentioned in that Martin Brashir special), so that may explain it.

Hmm, still it 'may have come up' but I'd like to see some evidence myself. Personally I think its speculation or just the media having their ol regular fun...
