Can someone be a sport and just tell me if there's any earth-shattering revelations in any of these SMiLE-focused issues? Or let me know where I can read them online? You can say Im being cheap but I don't want to pay $100 for some old magazines in this uncertain economy, with like 3 different BB releases on the way (Ive heard SMiLE, Brian's Back & Paley Sessions archival boxsets are coming) and needing to shell out for the BWPS tour booklet all taking priority out of the "wants not needs" budget Im comfortable spending right now. Im not trying to imply this isnt a fine publication worth the money but at the same time, I otherwise know all there is to know about SMiLE at this point and I don't want to take the plunge just to find out it's just VDP telling us he wrote the first verse to Heroes on the spot, Brian telling us he thought Fire burned down a building, Mike hated it and the same old talking points for the millionth time. For anyone who's watched and read the stuff I have, perhaps followed along my deep dive (I know its a lot) and seen what Ive seen, is there info here that would change my understanding significantly or is it just more Brian being Brian? Please and thank you.

Tough call but my favorites have usually been the issues that focus on a particular album.
