On the Friends album cover, I think I see Paul McCartney and maybe David Anderle? Does anyone know who those other people are?

An old similar thread somewhere on the web suggests MACCA as the green guy on the left, Donovan as the green guy on the right. Also mentioned: George Harrison. This trio  makes sense since Mike DiD spend TM time with them in India!?
Upside down left is Dennis? Profile above Mike Love could be "Tiny Tim?  Also mentioned; Van Dyke Parks and Marc Volman?
