A long time ago. Before our time.
One of them was "Look Listen Vibrate Smile", though, you have that, Katie?

Yeah I have LLVS but I was wondering about the others. Is there anywhere you can find the others?

I don't think they're available right now. I believe Brian Chidester said there
might
be a reprint some time in the future, but no plans in the works, if I remember correctly.
This page just says "Sold out":

The
Dumb Angel
Website has a new
Blog
, where
Domenic Priore
will be describing the interesting events they've been holding to promote the magazine's release.
Dom's first entry covers the recent event at
Mollusk Surf Shop
in San Francisco.
Frank Holmes
, the original artist for the
Beach Boys' SMiLE
album, whose art was on display, was in attendance . . . plus about 200 other guests.
More entries will follow soon . . .

The new
"Look Inside This Book"
feature for
Dumb Angel
magazine is now online at Amazon.com:
Dumb Angel Sample Pages
Front Cover . . . Back Cover . . . Table of Contents . . . and a portion of the First Article
A great preview of
Chris Green's
cover and
Mark London's
full-color interior design.

Another good post!
Saw that sucker at one of the "Rockabilly Rasputin" Johnny Legend's exploitation fest in a REAL LIVE CINEMA in 1992.
Killer flick, a real slice of the times. Get it from Something Weird video, folks! The REAL 60's are there.
Another good film showcasing that period is Mayor Of The Sunset Strip.
From all accounts, a mighty fine time to be a hip young and grrovy kat or kitty. I'd put the time crystals in and teleport there in a beat of the heart.

No one posted here for some time.
But I would like to say that I thoroughly enjoyed this issue. So much neat stuff from the era. The architecture, advertising styles, the tiki and island themes, ....even the family tree of socal surf groups. I think this book is essential entertainment and reference material for any true fan of that era. Money very well spent on a book written and compiled by ardent fans of the time.

Back again.
Just bought Riot on Sunset Strip by Dom Priorie.................
These two books (Dumb Angel 4 and Riot) should be bought and read as companions.........it is like taking a class on the era.
If you were young then, or are fascinated by the era, you will indeed be satisfied and entertained .
