I wish it was, but according to what Lee Dempsey at ESQ said on PSF, it was fake. He referred to overuse of synths, sloopy edits from verse to chorus and unidentifiable vocal as the reason.

Total fake, and a pretty obvious one.

I'm not opposed to fan-made recreations in cases where we don't have a "finished" version, just to have an idea of how a "finished" version might possibly sound (e.g. the largely awful "recreations" of the third Beatles "reunion" track, "Now and Then"), but they obviously should be labeled as such.

This "Dancin'...." fake isn't necessarily the worst fake job of anything ever, but it's immediately obviously not the BBs or anybody directly involved. I think the same YouTube user has other fake videos, including a "demo" of "Getcha Back" that is also clearly not the BBs.
