Michel Colombier's (who arranged Tears In The Morning) The Big Team. has some very obvious Good Vibrations elements

Pete Townshend said this song (Goin' Fishin') was influenced by Smiley Smile

The cool Canuck indie movie Whale Music delivers a thinly-veiled BW biopic:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Whale_Music_(film
)
The soundtrack by the Canadian alt-prog-rock group the Rheostatics is very BBs inspired (lots of their catalogue is very orchestral, mid-60s-early70s-BB inspired)"
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Whale_Music_(album
)
Lots of people whose opinion I respect love the Rheostatics, but they were never really thing. Live, however, they were stunning, and *everyone* needs to hear this stone-cold-BW-inspired classic Claire. It's sublime:

I can't believe we've got to page 4 and nobody's nominated Nick River's "Skeet Surfin'" ...

The children's TV series Around the World with Willy Fogg (1980s) has something sounding a bit like a Beach Boys (or Four Freshman) harmony at the end of its theme. It almost sounds like Brian's falsetto getting louder one each line.

Lets make a list of all the songs that The Beach Boys inspired. Everything from The Sun Rays to the Explorers Club.
I'll start
Little G.T.O. - Ronny & the Daytonas
I Live for The Sun - The Sun Rays
New York's a Lonely Town - The Tradewinds
Back In The USSR - The Beatles
Little Willow - Paul McCartney (The influence of Pet Sounds, especially 'You Still Believe in me" is very apparent here.)
Thru My Window- Jeffrey Foskett
Hey Little Cobra - The Rip Chords
Just a correction to your post. "Thru my Window" is a Mike O'Rourke original song. Jeff Foskett may be inspired by the Beach Boys, but not in this case, where he copied this and several other of Mike's original recordings. Mike was indeed inspired by 62-66 Beach Boy records with a passel of his experiments in recording and onstage arrangements here in Las Vegas over the years. You, and other readers here may have missed his story and songs:

Give it a look and a listen if you haven't yet. I believe you'll be in for a pleasant surprise.
Mike O'Rourke is my dad.
Thanks,
Matt O'Rourke

Eiichi Otaki: "Kanaria Syoto Nite" and "Fun×4”
Both songs are on "A Long Vacation", an album that represents Japanese summer music. The former borrowed chorus from "Please Let Me Wonder", and the latter has reference to Fun, Fun, Fun.
So weird to see this two year-old comment pop up on my thread today as I was watching the 25 year-old "Long Vacation" Japanese series, from which this likely took its name, just last night.

There are SO many, but three of the more easily recognized homages or inspirations or whatever are;
“Derek” by Animal Collective is clearly inspired/influenced by “Sunshine” on Keepin’ The Summer Alive.
“Cuckoo Cuckoo” by Animal Collective is clearly inspired/influenced by “Cabinessence”.
“I Was Zapped By The Super Rainbow” by The Flaming Lips is clearly inspired/influenced by “Susie Cincinnati”.
