I watched the season premiere of "The Sing-Off" (on NBC in the U.S.) last night and was so impressed. Before, I'd only seen clips. This is a singing competition for a cappella groups-- and they had a huge range of people, from a streetcorner doowop group in their 60s to a bunch of high school kids. The judges are Ben Folds, Jewel, and Shawn Stockman and all three show some musical chops as they give their assessments. Really entertaining and great harmonies!
