I love the irony of a thread about a trashy band fight itself descending into an embarrassing board fight. This was a riot to read through and I hope years later even the participants can see it that way

In case yall ever see this again, Mr Carlin, I greatly enjoyed your book. Mr Stebbins, I haven't had the pleasure yet but hopefully someday. For what it's worth, as an amateur writer, I'd like to be credited if anyone is quoting something I said or using my work as a source, but I also acknowledge on a message board with quotes from a third person it gets kinda murky.
Mike probably deserved a good smack for some of the sh*t he pulled over the years, but not like this. Not in front of the fans, not by a drunken Dennis telling the crowd to take drugs. Two wrongs don't make a right. Nobody in the beach boy world is a perfect saint--not even Brian and Carl.
