I'd buy it IF I could. If only for the Bill Tobelman/SMiLE-reference. Make it a SMiLE museum/sound gallery/SMiLE Shop  now 50 years after!

There are 3,370 members on this board.  If we each put up $978.93, it could be ours!

That split will entitle each one of us 0.108 days (about 2-1/2 hours) per year to enjoy our share of the estate.
