Because you asked for it: May 6 1964- The BBs worked on the tracks for “All Summer Long,” “Do You Remember” and “Our Favorite Recording Sessions” at Western Recorders.  The following day they recorded vocals for “All Summer Long.” May 7 1965 the BBs performed at Legion Field in Birmingham, Alabama with The Rolling Stones, The Righteous Brothers, Marty Robbins. Sonny James, Cannibal and the Headhunters, Skeeter Davis and Bill Reeves.  Though Bruce had by now agreed to take over as a permanent replacement for Brian, Glen Campbell performed with the group at this show. May 6 1966 the BBs played at MIT in Cambridge, MA, as an apology for getting to a show at Crane’s Beach the previous week late, and than rushed to the Four Seasons Arena, Walpole, MA to play there too. The next day the BBs played at Providence College in Rhode Island with The Lost and the Uncalled For Three (who soon changed their name to the Pickle Brothers).  May 6 1967 the BBs played the Odeon Theater in Birmingham, UK. The following day they performed at the NME Poll Winners Show in London and accepted their NME award as the best group in the world.  The bill also included Cream, Dusty Springfield, Georgie Fame, The Move, the Small Faces, Cliff Richards, the Spencer Davis Group, Cat Stevens and the Troggs.  May 6 1968-the dispirited BBs returned to California after the cancelation of the remaining dates of their tour with the Maharishi. May 6 and 7 1970 the BBs played two shows each night at the Chevron Hotel in Sydney, Australia. May 6 1971 the BBs performed at New Paltz College in upstate NY. The following day they played the Spectrum in Philadelphia with Boz Scaggs and Taj Mahal.  May 6 1972 the BBs, now augmented by Blondie and Rickie, played the Scandinavium in Gothenburg, Sweden.  The following day they performed at the Saarlandhalle in Saarbrüücken, West Germany. May 6 1973 the BBs played at Farleigh Dickinson University in New Jersey.  The following day they were at Queens College in New York.  May 1976-the BBs continued to work on completing 15 Big Ones.  May 6 1978 an episode of American Bandstand with Mike, Brian and Charles Lloyd as Celebration singing “Cruisin” and “Almost Summer” aired on TV.  It was taped sometime before as Mike was in Shaw Park, near Marietta, Georgia that day performing with Celebration (with guest Dean Torrence).  May 6 1981-The BBs performed without Carl at Lee County Civic Center in Fort Myers, Florida.  The following day they played the Lakeland Civic Center.  May 7 1983 the BBs played the Santa Barbara County Bowl with Brian (making one of his first appearances after his return from rehab in Hawaii) and Dennis. May 7 1984 the BBs played a benefit show at the legendary Radio City Music Hall in NY. May 7 1986 the BBs played the Memorial Stadium in St John, New Brunswick. May 6 and 7 1987 the BBs performed in Green Bay, Wisconsin and Sudbury, Ontario. Meanwhile, on May 7 Brian worked on “There’s So Many” at Village Recorders for his solo LP. May 6 1990 the BBs played a second night at the Circle Star Theatre in San Carlos, California with Brian.  May 6 1991 the BBs performed at East Burke High School in Icar, North Carolina.  May 6 1998-the BBs played at Kentucky Horse Park in Lexington, KY.  This was a private show for Toyota employees. Not sure if Al was there but he played his last show with Mike and Bruce three days later.

Holy sh*t Ian---

You wrote:  <<May 7 1965 the BBs performed at Legion Field in Birmingham, Alabama with The Rolling Stones, The Righteous Brothers, Marty Robbins. Sonny James, Cannibal and the Headhunters, Skeeter Davis and Bill Reeves.>>

I mean...this is a COUNTRY show for the most part....Marty Robbins, Sonny James, Skeeter Davis and Bill Reeves.   How did the others get on the show?
Can you share anymore details about it??

Can you imagine the crowd??   Beach Boys Fans, Stones Fans, and Good old boys from Birmingham, chewing tobacco and eatin' possum pie!!

I would've never guess that even the Stones would have shared a bill with these same country artists.  (Well, even though they're big "country" fans..."Far Away Eyes" and others come to mind)

I have a review of the show but I'll have to dig it out.  These big package shows often had a wide variety of acts. There is a website with posters of Birmingham shows from 64 to 69 and it illustrates that many such spectaculars with rock acts supported by country acts took place.

According to the Shows & Sessions page on Bellagio 10452, the Toyota show was May 30th. Al was not there but Matt was.

This is such a satisfying read! (BTW it's Cliff Richard, singular.) Thanks for taking the trouble, Ian. :=)
