I was thinking this before - Tiny could've been perfect penguin. even nose is birdey. Tim Burton likes freaks. He could be rich & get 2nd revival. He was around in 1992-91.

Well, English is a rich language. "freak" can mean different things and I don't use it to say "ugly" (which in turn has also different meanings). My Oxford English Russian dictionary defines it exactly as what you said - "eccentric". So does online free dictionary (see under n 4.b. or as adj).
