Anybody have a scan of this?  I assume it had one, but I've never seen a photo of it.  I found this image on Wikipedia, but I doubt it's the actual sleeve cover.

i was pretty sure this one was it...wasn't it in the Pet Sounds boxed set booklet?

it IS the actual sleeve-cover. To be exactly: it's the only one. Sweden has the honour to be the only country not only to release this BW solosingle, but to deliver it with a PS as well!

But, sorry, I don't have a scan of it...

Aye, a beautiful thing. The single was also released in Japan with a picture sleeve, but credited to "The Beach Boys", whoever *they* were...
