I'm going to see Mike and Bruce when they come to my hometown of Charleston, WV on June 29.  I got free tickets through the local radio station that I work part time for.  My goal is to get the chance to meet Mike and Bruce.  The promoter told our sales rep that Meet and Greet passes were only available through the purchase of a VIP package.  However, I've searched online and haven't seen any mention of VIP packages for this show.  Is that the only possible way to meet them?
