Okay, context - I've had a duophonic French pressing of Wild Honey for about 5 years now, and it has always perplexed me why side 2 began as such (This is a direct vinyl rip, untouched): https://soundcloud.com/frederickjamesfrench-pounce/wild-honey-french-lp-side-2-message

For those that can't hear, it's an echo-laden voice stating "S, T2, 28, 59". This is also the catalogue number on the label - is this a "label" put on the master reel, and hasn't been spliced off here?

Any insight would be splendid!

Many Thanks

Freddie

Wow, that's really interesting. It almost reminds me of the trippy outro about 30 seconds after A Day In The Life by The Beatles.

Very odd! Found any other differences while playing the LP?
