Two Pina Coladas cover - 1998

I distinctly remember reading on one of the message boards back in 1998 (may have been BBBritain) that Mike, Bruce, David Marks & Glen Campbell had cut a cover version of Garth Brook's "Two Pina Coladas."

Does anyone remember anything about this?

Yeah, I do.  I just remember it being Mike, though. It was supposed to be for that Garth Brooks tribute album for which Al and Matt contributed "Papa Loved Mama."  Al and Matt's tune was on the album, but except for the rumor I never heard anything more about Mike's. I think I read about it in ESQ if I remember correctly.

Checked all the ESQ issues from Dec 97 thru June 99 and didn't see a reference
