This is something I've been working on for a while. It's not 100% correct at all - there was some guesswork involved. I got most of the info from the In Concert book, with more help from several

On our way through this "backstage" maze, Bruce joined up with the group and said hello, singing "It Never Rains in Southern California" and joking with some of the older ladies. I'm not sure if they knew he was a Beach Boy or simply an enthusiastic elderly gay gentleman.

Here's a few additions/corrections:
John "Jack" Conrad (bass): 11/26/69-11/30/69
Tom Collier (percussion): 2/26/70-3/1/70
Joe Chemay was only with them through 6/21/80
Gary Griffin also toured with them in April of 2002 - and John Cowsill played rhythm guitar on that tour!
John Cowsill was in the band temporarily for a couple of gigs beginning 10/8/2000 (filling in on drums for Mike Kowalski), then back (to fill in vocally for Adrian Baker, on falsetto vocals and also percussion, from 12/28/2000-1/1/2001), before beginning his regular tenure (on piano) 7/5/01; he took over the drums after Kowalski's departure
Scott Totten was in the band temporarily from 12/28/2000-1/1/2001 (filling in for Adrian Baker on rhythm guitar/vocals), then back to start his regular tenure on 7/5/01 (replacing Phil Bardowell on lead guitar/vocals)
Brett Simons (bass): 2/12/2012 (the Grammys)
Nicky Walusko dropped out of the C50 tour after 6/8/12, for health reasons

Come to think of it, the 2/12/12 Grammy date applies to most of the rest of Brian's band, as well.

The break down of the musicians with the Horndogs and Hornettes?
Horndogs:

Sal Marquez (flute, flugelhorn) - 1971
Roger Newman (horn) - 1971
Glenn Ferris (horn) - 1971
Mike Price (horn) - 1971
The Hornettes:
John Foss
Michael Andreas
Rod Novak
Charlie McCarthy
Lance Buller

I, I love the colorful clothes she wears, and she's already working on my brain. I only looked in her eyes, but I picked up something I just can't explain. I, I bet I know what she’s like, and I can feel how right she’d be for me. It’s weird how she comes in so strong, and I wonder what she’s picking up from me. I hope it’s good, good, good, good vibrations, yeah!!

Charlie McCarthy and Al Koholic are obviously pseudonyms (maybe because the members were under contract to another record label?). Anyone have an idea who they really were?

And Al Koholic? Geez Mikie. That's perfect.
I mean the only way it could be better is if 'Al' [K that is] was in the Horn Dogs. Best horn section name EVER...Even better than The Tower Of Power [horn section]
Horn Dogs!!! Man that's great.

And of course, Bruce was a touring member starting in 1965, overlapping briefly with Glenn then replacing him on bass. Bruce didn't become official until 1967.
Also, is there a case to be made for Al Jardine? He rejoined in June '63 as a touring member, replacing Brian, and maybe didn't become official again until David Marks left at the end of Aug.

He showed up at the show they recorded for the "15 Big Ones" NBC special (at 10 years old!) and also at one show in 1983 to sing Runaway. I also have to add in some other dates like that, such as when Gary Griffin, Billy, and Bobby Figueroa guested during C50.
Thanks for the addition information, Mikie and c-man.

For the other Lee: The Horn Dogs and Charley McCarthy were for real. I threw Al Koholic in there to see if anybody was reading my post!
