The Beach Boys Live&Alternative Songs

I found this on iTunes today when I was looking to see if the 50th Live album was available for pre-order.  The track listing is:

1. Wouldn't It Be Nice
2. Good Vibrations
3. California Girls
4. Surfer Girls
5. Their Hearts Were Full of Springs
6. Aren't You Glad
7. Vegetables
8. Okie from Muskogie
9. 409
10. In My Room
11. I Get Around
12. Darlin'
13. Riot in Cell Block no 9

I know I mis-titled some of the songs, I typed what is listed in iTunes.  Sounds like some are from one of the popular bootlegs from the early 70s.  409 sounds like it is from a bad instrumental album.  In My Room sounds like it is from 1964.  I can't believe this is legit, it says it has been on iTunes since 2011.  Anyone know anything about it?

It's utter crap in quality. Don't pay a penny for it.

It's a bootleg.  Not sure how it found its way onto iTunes.  One of those releases that just slips through the cracks I guess.

I have a DVD with that same cover. I think it is titled "Live Rarities" and has some neat stuff on it.

I just stumbled upon this album in Amazon Prime music.  While the quality is terrible, I was curious if anyone knew what show/shows most of this is from.  I don't think I had previous heard Vegetables live from that era. 

Also, any idea where the jazz instrumental 409 is from?

Tracklisting looks like it might include tracks from either the Big Sur Folk Festival 1970 gig and/or the commonly circulating Syracuse 5/11/71 show. It certainly resembles a 1970-1971 setlist. But I don't have any recordings at hand at the moment to compare to what they have up on Amazon.
