I think whatever problem they had after the 50th tour about billing David, Al, and Brian as "Beach Boys" was probably settled in BAD's favor as Al and David have been billed as from The BB in ads for their recent shows as well.

I think the agreement had been amended to allow the use of the name as long as 'from' came before 'the Beach Boys'.

Also, that photo has been touched up a bit. First thought was, 'wow, Brian looks great', and then I saw his neck and how the shadows don't quite match up!
