Hey, maybe he just really really really really loves the Surfin' Safari album, like old school hardcore original sh*t Beach Fanboy.....who just also happens to be a troll too - but what, pray tell, have you all against a poor hapless fella who sadly lives under a bridge and puts up with gruff from Billy Goats?  Have our fairy tales fractured us this much?  Oh, the humanity!  
Anyway, Surfer dude - I will make a guess (aka a total invention) and state that there are about 150, 200, 0001  versions of Surfin' Safari out there.  You can blame Specter and his mind gangsters for this, as Van Dyke parked in the wrong space and it created a polar ice melt in the time continuum, and then I had a sandwich.
