1998 and Acapulco Girls, etc.

In 1998... I'm curious about a couple of "Beach Boys" projects  reportedly in the works... one was a cover, possibly of a Jimmy Buffet song, by Mike, Bruce, David Marks and Glen Campbell.  Supposedly this was recorded.

Second was the recording with Sol De Mexico of Acapulco Girls, which did get released.  According to press at the time, the participating Beach Boys were Mike, Bruce and David Marks, although I'm hard pressed to hear any of them on the track.  Does anyone know who actually sings on this track?

I recall reading some articles about the "Acapulco Girls" song; I think Mike and Bruce are singing in the chorus and are probably doing the harmonies during the second verse.  They also recorded "Kokomo" with the group, and Mike is singing the lead: http://youtu.be/vqcovHQhow4
