Vega-tables (early version)

Hey all,
There is an early version of "vega-tables" with different lyrics which has a great section in the middle where there is raucous laughter. Strange question this may be, but does anyone know who is responsible for the hilariously over the top laugh that gets them started laughing on the track? It's clearly forced but it makes me burst into laughter myself each and every time I hear it.

You do know that they are laughing in tune with the track/vocals

Yes, I do understand that. The question still remains, who is responsible for the laugh that starts that section of laughter? Just interested to know, you see.

Always found it weird that they put the laughing part on Smiley Smile (which is tons more bizarre/creepy than the stuff from Smile) on "Wonderful" rather than "Vegetables". It fits well, it's just a strange decision.
