Whole day today I've listening to 5 tracks, over and over again, while preparing a technical training on a new accounting software at work. Very exciting stuff Cool Guy

Here's my list - no particular order:
  • Honkin' down the highway
  • Matchpoint of our love
  • Wouldn't it be nice
  • Let's go away for a while
  • Airplane

Sounds like a weird playlist, I know. Think I'm going crazy. But seemed like a cool topic to share with the people in this Board, only people that would understand this kind of obsessions.

What would be your list? Remember, you got listen to it over and over and over and over again, while being productive to society  Wink

- Slip On Through (w/Original Gold Star Track) - [Made by Zack Wolfe]
- It's Tryin' To Say

- Drip Drop
- Shortnin' Bread (original A/C mix)
- Ding Dang
- Cherry Cherry Coupe
- Can't Wait Too Long (any version)

Completely serious about the first 3; they just have a kick ass vibe to them - a real rolling motion that makes you want to put the songs on repeat.

These are songs that I'd never tire of hearing.

- Amusement Parks U.S.A.
- Roller Skating Child
- Winter Symphony

They are so Brian. police

(Wouldn't It Be Nice To) Live Again. That recording is quite possibly the best thing The Beach Boys ever recorded in their entire career(yes, including the stuff we haven't even heard yet). Have you ever heard a song that was so awesome, that the idea of listening to any other song after that just doesn't seem to make sense? I can listen to that one song, and not listen to anything else for the rest of the day or night. Nothing can even come close to topping it.

Agreed. One of the two greatest Beach Boys songs of all-time! (along with Surf's Up).

Surfin' USA
Surf Jam
I Get Around (Live 1964 - really live, booted, not the fake live album track)

Ok guys, with all due respect, 'Wouldn't it be nice (to live again)' is a cool song and one of Dennis' finest, but not sure is the greatest thing ever produced by the band. I mean, everyone is entitled to a different opinion and, obviously, different preferences. But I'm not sure is fair to make that statement.

But anyways this is a board and we all can agree on disagreeing Smiley so cool this is your pick! My forever fav is 'Wouldn't it be nice', Brian's gem on youth innocence, with 'Matchpoint' coming in second, by little Wink
