David Beard and I review the classic 1965 album "The Beach Boys Today" and discuss the current tour lineups.

At one point I refer to "She Knows Me Too Well" as the last "proper" song on the album. Old habits die hard. It was when I had it on cassette ("In The Back Of My Mind" was shuffled onto the catch-all "Be True To Your School" compilation at the time).

I don't understand David Beard's comment about the "God Only Knows" lyric.

"I may not always love you/BUT AS LONG AS THERE ARE STARS ABOVE YOU/you never need to doubt it".

Doesn't that mean "I will love you for ever no matter what"? DB talks as though it means the opposite.
