Highly unlikely:  Mike's sisters were born in 1943 (Maureen), 1951 (Stephanie) and 1960 (Marjorie), thus in April 1978 they would have been, respectively, 34... 26... and 18. Might just be Marjorie but it doesn't look much like the one pic of her I've seen.

The photo looks like it's from the late '70s (if there was a specific date on it I missed it), so I thought it could have been Marjorie.  I've never seen a picture of her.  Come to think of it, I'm not sure I've seen pictures of any of Mike's sisters.
