Hey, does anyone here know for sure where the cool photos that grace the "California Girls" 45-rpm single release picture sleeve were taken?  Obviously on the fall '64 Euro tour, and I'm guessing a sidewalk cafe in Paris, but does anyone know with absolute certainty?

The photo where Brian holds the 16mm camera is taken in front of the Kaiser-Wilhelm-Gedächtnis-Kirche, Breitscheidplatz
10789 Berlin, Deutschland - without a doubt. The one at the cafe is widely accepted to be Paris.

Looks like an early 60s Bolex 8mm to me. The fancy ones! 16mm would be bulkier to fit the daylight spools. I guess it could be the magazine style 16mm ones, but those are way out of date by then and probably not an attractive option to rich gadget freaks.

The 2nd picture sleeve reminded me of this wonderful video: The BBs goofing around Montmartre, speaking funny French & finally screaming for ice cream - great showcase of their friendship! I wonder if that picture is taken the same day as the video or they performed in Paris for a few days (doubt it).

Lime is food? Yep.

Mandarin and Clementine went to meet the entire citrus gang, nobody ate people.
