I recorded it, expertly using the WDR's own service/tool. Thing is, I can't seem to find said recording on my laptop.
Today I received a reply to my E-Mail request for more information on yesterday's broadcast. An excerpt:
In short: the show wasn't the M'Gladbach show but a mix of recordings from different US gigs, compiled by the label/management. It's not available commercially.
Weird thing though: while the program was airing the (all-over badly prepared) radio host explicitly referred to the broadcasted tunes as being from the M'Gladbach concert, on multiple occasions. Sometimes right after a song in which the BBs referenced the US state of Texas.

I can't confirm if the broadcast included NPR material as of yet - it's been a while since I listened to that program (well, last year).
I'll keep trying to dig up whatever I recorded yesterday. If that doesn't work, WDR2 offered me a hot deal to come by that sh*t: they'd burn me a private CD for just €35!
