Yeah I heard there was a slight production delay, should be showing up any day now, or in a week. I've been through this book publishing/release thing five times now...and its always really vague in the days leading to the actual physical release. Just when you think its going to be delayed for awhile, the book will suddenly show up. So my instinct is that we'll see it ...oh crap i really don't know...but soon.

I ordered mine and can't wait to get it!  Am hoping that it will get here soon!

Just to make clear:  I have been informed that after some small delays the book is now in the warehouse and will be shipped out in the next few weeks to stores and people that ordered it. Don't know about Dutch book prices as compared to Swedish, but I ordered mine from American Amazon and that was cheaper than ordering it from a domestic bookstore.
