Comparing the CDs is the best way because remember when everybody didn't like the samples on amazon of TWGMTR?

And production aside, I’d so much rather hear a 14 year old David Marks shred some guitar on Chug-a-lug than hear a 51 year old Mike Love sing about bangin some chick in a swimming pool.-rab2591

They sound the same to me, then again ears are a dodgy thing.

"Dodgy". Isn't that a Chrysler product?
Hey, I drive a Jeep Cherokee! LOL

BTW, this is what Amazon shows for the 2012 remaster:

 7. Please Let Me Wonder (Mono)    2:51

http://www.amazon.com/Today-Mono-Stereo-Remasters-Beach/dp/B008LA7RMK
Doesn't matter. Mine says 2:52, but the music ends at 2:46.

EDIT: Just a thought, maybe the U.S. release is different. My 2012 Today Mono/Stereo is the Japanese release.

Could be... Like I said, I'm basing all of this on the Spotify version. Do you have a Spotify account? Now I'm wondering if the Spotify mix is different from all other mixes, or if like you say this is a difference between the Japanese and American releases (I have no idea what version Spotify is using). Does anyone have both the American and Japanese releases, by any chance? Tongue

I, I love the colorful clothes she wears, and she's already working on my brain. I only looked in her eyes, but I picked up something I just can't explain. I, I bet I know what she’s like, and I can feel how right she’d be for me. It’s weird how she comes in so strong, and I wonder what she’s picking up from me. I hope it’s good, good, good, good vibrations, yeah!!

I think "dodgy" is an English term, is it not?  Never heard people in the U.S. use that word, especially on the East Coast. Maybe you've been hangin' out on this board too long....... Grin

It's funny,. because I'm lived in Houston, TX my whole life (or right outside Houston), yet my accent really doesn't sound very Texan at all. Actually, I don't fit here in other ways too, but I'll leave that one for one of those political threads in the Sandbox LOL

Yeah, I noticed the absence of a Texas accent on your recent video!  Whasup wit dat?

Really good to know you don't agree with what's being said in the sandbox, Billy. If I didn't have anything else in the world to do, I'd be debating the hell outta those guys. But I have a life away from the computer, so.........no, really!  Cheesy

And now back to the normally scheduled program after a word from our Spenser.

I actually meant I don't fit in in Texas because of my political views! Cool

Oh, I thought you meant that you don't share this board's political views, i.e. in the Sandbox.

Yeah, this immigration thing might turn Texas into a Blue state so you'll fit in then!  Well, unless you're an Indie.....

When I visited Houston last year for my SILENT SHADOW show ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j6LtbEWwcfc ), most of the people I talked to in the arty film/music world didn't really have accents... until they got a bit drunk and then a bit of it came out... along with venom sprayed at Romney and the educational system down there.

Helluva town, totally not what I expected and full of great food and excitement.

At one point my host did pull a handgun out of his pants and stow it before heading out, I guess he saw my expression and muttered: "It is Texas, you know."

I miss the food trucks.
