I posted this chart to a Facebook group I belong to--it doesn't feature a year, but does indicate Monday December 28. The group did play there on that day/date in 1964, but this chart comes from a stack that dates from the very early 70s, and there was a Monday December 28 in 1970.

However...I checked AGD's big concert list, and I see no date for 1970, just 1964. Somebody help me on this please.

Meantime: enjoy the link (if it works), and dig the fact that that best seats were only 3 dollars!

Can't be 1970 - they'd just returned from a five and a half week European tour.

Also, 12/28/64 was... a Monday. Grin

Yep, it sure was. I was only considering 1970 because of the surrounding stuff in the stack I have--most of which is 1970, 1971.

Thank you, AGD!

Have to consider( as you posted on thebook) that the ticket prices are more in line with 1964 than 1970

Roger that-Mike Love's passport from the early 70s was reprinted in Billboard in 1976 and a stamp in it shows that he didn't even return to the U.S. from Europe till January 25 1971-so there's no way he played a show in Iowa on Dec 28 1970
