I agree there is room from improvement on this, but interesting anyway. Will Apps become the new record players and they way we all get and listen to our favourite artists?
Not for old farts like me. Physical = tangible = desirable. Digital = easily outdated, easily misfiled, easily lost, easily stolen, prone to software problems and more. Creates as many problems as it solves.
Grumble grumble… am about to transfer my digital library to a remote harddrive to free up space on my Mac for stuff like, erm, work. If I screw up, that's a rather large collection of music down the pan. But at least I have a huge collection of CDs to fall back on. And vinyl(s).
