The tone and language certainly seems like Murry.

I think Dana Gould read this on his podcast.

You people are sick! Sick!

Of course it's photoshopped, I did this a couple of weeks ago on a thread featuring the saga of Murry's camera. I even did it LAZILY so it could be easily disproved. Well, that and I was lazy. Which is a total coincidence.

I am available as Murry for all children's birthday parties and Bar Mitzvahs at reasonable rates.

No, I think that was the longer, 8-page letter to Brian from 1964:

I did this a couple of weeks ago on a thread.

Why? Is it based on a real camera incident?

It seems like only yesterday. Or last month, anyway.

This is what happens when you have Murry letters posted prominently in your apartment.

Looks like some strange things in the image, but the tone and language certainly seems like Murry. If you look closely, there's a 2009 © from the Hard Rock archives.

This letter was discussed on another thread a couple of weeks ago.   Better tell the "Hard Rock Archives" that it's fake.

I, I love the colorful clothes she wears, and she's already working on my brain. I only looked in her eyes, but I picked up something I just can't explain. I, I bet I know what she’s like, and I can feel how right she’d be for me. It’s weird how she comes in so strong, and I wonder what she’s picking up from me. I hope it’s good, good, good, good vibrations, yeah!!

They have an actual Sea of Tunes letter on there, I just snipped off the letterhead and added text. Then again, maybe you SHOULD tell them it's fake and they should send the original to me to make sure it never happens again.

Every time someone reads this thread, Dan Rather gets fired again.

Yeah, I'd know Mike Love's writing anywhere. The way he writes his favorite letter "s" in the words  "cousin", "Smile", "lyricist", "songwriter", "asshole", "genius", "loss", "because", "shitty", and "music. And the cat face moniker/logo written after his name is a dead giveaway. It's him.

Also, it's a known fact he does all his communicating through a wall of lawyers AND Microsoft Paint these days. See page 15 of "The Seven or Eight Sides of The Beach Boys That We Know Of," 2nd Revised Edition.

Hi,

Just had to come out of retirement to thank everyone involved for this wonderful thread, in particular ontor pertawst and hello kitty. I laughed so hard my rectum prolapsed.

I thought the concert in Berlin a week ago was the absolute high point of my Beach Boys-fandom. But then I saw this....

PRO SHOT BEACH BOYS CONCERTS - LIST

To sum it up, they blew it, they blew it consistently, they continue to blow it, it is tragic and this pathological problem caused The Beach Boys' greatest music to be so underrated by the general public.

That letter is the most perfect thing I have seen on this board.
