Does anyone here know which of the non-single/B-side bonus tracks on the 1960s two-fers were remixed in 2001 for the reissued two-fers?

Several were remixed. All were remastered.

I don't know if my original message was clear enough...I'm trying to figure out which SPECIFIC tracks were remixed for the 2001 two-fers.

Your original message was clear enough, I wish I knew so I could let you know which ones were remixed.

I remember that the copyright years for the remixes on the 2001 discs are different than those on the original set of discs. So that would be an easy way to tell. Pretty sure Land Ahoy is one of them.

The ones that are apparently remixed are I Do, Can't Wait Too Long, Old Folks At Home/Ol' Man River, and the California Girls backing track.

It's been some time since I pulled both sets out to compare, but you can definitely add "All Dressed Up For School" to the remixed list as well. On the '90 version, the track starts out in mono and then spreads to stereo around the 5 second mark. On the '01 version, it's stereo from the start.

Why would I be sarcastic about that?

My apologies. I guess I've just seen my fair share of snarky one word affirmations around here that were actually anything but that.  I jumped this time. Long day for me.

Carry on...
