Does anyone know where the laughter comes from in the bridge? it's very eerie... Was this a mix or what? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g322xvO_vpE (starts at 1:32)

What about the extra instrumentation in the verses?

Just final version vocals moved over to the earlier instrumental version of the song that Brian and the crew recorded in late '66.
