Figured some group members may be interested in seeing these - two pictures I took of the houses from the Holland cover that Smile-holland very kindly helped me get to in Amsterdam! Check them out if you are ever in Amsterdam, they are just a few blocks from Centraal Station

Well done both of you. I was under impression the location of the houses had never been discovered. You must have been the first ones. Which 'gracht' is it?

Wish I was that good of a detective, but smile-holland actually helped me find them with this handy guide (and a few pm's with google maps info)  police

It's about time I visited Amsterdam since I've been living close to Holland for a few years now. This is a great reminder to check out the "Holland cover houses".

Does anybody know whose idea it was to photograph these houses in particular, and the idea in general? I could imagine Dennis strolling through Amsterdam during the weeks of recording sessions and spotting these houses as a cool album cover motif. He was an amateur photographer, after all.
