Today , April 25 marks the 1st anniversary of Greg's passing and with the exciting first concert information and the new single and album coming out, I want to dedicate all of this to my buddy Greg Larson.  Greg  would have been all over this board talking about this exciting news and the release of Smile. His witty posts and the phone calls we had are cherished.  He left me his "collection" and I forever grateful.   I miss him and I'm sure all of you do too.

RIP Greg.

And production aside, I’d so much rather hear a 14 year old David Marks shred some guitar on Chug-a-lug than hear a 51 year old Mike Love sing about bangin some chick in a swimming pool.-rab2591

He was extremely kind to me when I was still knew next to nothing about the Beach Boys. He was kind of like a Beach Boys Santa Claus to me. Still got a baseball from him when we first met at Susan's convention in 05. RIP.

Good one, Les!  I share your sentiments about Greg.  He was a good, kind-hearted, sharing guy.  I miss his long phone calls about baseball and The Beach Boys!  He's now in a better place.....

I, I love the colorful clothes she wears, and she's already working on my brain. I only looked in her eyes, but I picked up something I just can't explain. I, I bet I know what she’s like, and I can feel how right she’d be for me. It’s weird how she comes in so strong, and I wonder what she’s picking up from me. I hope it’s good, good, good, good vibrations, yeah!!

Hi Norm,

I still remember that green jacket from Candlestick Park in SF.  What year was that?

Exciting being a Beach Boys fan right now, huh?

Greg was someone I only met the once, in CT in 2007 at one of Suze's bashes, but he was possessed of a great heart and a giving nature. He would have just loved today, and the whole summer ahead. God bless.

Don't believe I ever met the guy but his reputation survives. Worthy gesture. Salut!

Whenever he is brought up I miss him. He always encouraged my work and offered good input. Even though we never met in person everytime we spoke he made me feel like a close friend. He was the type of guy who would go out of his way to share his stories and collection. Funny enough we talked most the last year and we grew closer than before. I miss his calls though I am sad to say some of the last ones were painful due to his health.  I wish he would have made it and I am truly sad we never got to shake hands.
