Just wondering if there are any other home-brewed cottage industries besides T-shirts where a student can take a black sharpie to a blank t-shirt, draw a few slogans or designs on it, and proceed to sell thousands of them.

You could probably contact AMOS or Caliroots and ask if they have some leftover. I tried looking in their t-shirt section but couldn't find it.
