Okay, so for the past few years we've had available the actual promo film for "Good Vibrations," and we've learned that in 1966, Marilyn could not dribble a basketball to save her life.

But what about the "Heroes And Villains" film mentioned in Dom's book?? Does that still exist?? I'm guessing at least one frame of it existed in the '90s, as there's a screen shot of it in said book....anybody actually ever see the film???

It's just stock surfin' footage - no band shown, no band involvement.

a diseased bunch of mo'fos if there ever was one… their beauty is so awesome that listening to them at their best is like being in some vast dream cathedral decorated with a thousand gleaming American pop culture icons.

PRO SHOT BEACH BOYS CONCERTS - LIST

To sum it up, they blew it, they blew it consistently, they continue to blow it, it is tragic and this pathological problem caused The Beach Boys' greatest music to be so underrated by the general public.

Its kinda just one guy riding the same wave for two and a half minutes, vaguely synced up. Kinda a bunt instead of a home run

No more of a bunt than watching Brian's sister Maureen very badly dribble a basketball.
