Just for fun. For example:

Brian = Flute
Carl = Hammond organ
Dennis = Honky tonk piano
Mike = Saxophone
Al = Fiddle
Bruce = Piccolo

I'm afraid the answer for all 6 of them for me would be vocal cords.  Cool Guy

And maybe a car horn for Mike & gravel for late 70s Brian.

I've always liked Eric Carmen's analogy which, from memory, goes something like:

Mike = Baritone Sax
Carl = French Horn Flute
Al = Trumpet
Brian = Flute French Horn
Dennis = Trombone

Just saw the complete quote in Phonograph magazine, hence the corrections.

God must’ve smiled the day Brian Wilson was born!

I can think of an instrument which sounds almost exactly like Brian's voice,
The Hulusi (Chinese flute)
