I don't know if anybody has mentioned this on here, but according to the latest issue of ESQ (which is great by the way) there will be new material on the new hits compilation. So that sounds interesting, and now guarantees that I will be buying it (ha!)

Hopefully they saved some really good stuff for this, and not just crappy outtakes from That's Why God Made the Radio. But yeah, more new Beach Boys material, sounds good to me.

New material on a Greatest Hits compilation can only mean new stereo mixes or something of the sort... or maybe TWGMTR tucked at the end.

Nah, it says that the greatest hits album will contain new recordings, so the compilation will be structured similarly to Made in USA according to ESQ. So real, new previously unreleased songs.

So:  Made in the USA gave us "R&R to the Rescue" and "California Dreamin"
what's comparable to those ?  Do It Again, and ??
