'- It's already there 'cause you're a genius Brian! We're so close to finding the final solution, but we'll need to pick the collective brain of the Smiley Smile board to do so (the quintessence of it all). We followed the climax from the movie  "The Fifth Element" (which BTW is not very good). We located that magical Celtic prayer that was able to fit into all the element songs AND that opening Prayer just in the right spots - both contextually and melodically.

Like in the movie: Air (blessing) on Air (music), Earth (blessing) on Earth (music), Fire (blessing) on Fire (music) and Water (blessing) on Water (music).
And at the very same time doing it ' Peace BY Peace'...

DEEP PEACE OF THE SON OF PEACE TO YOU
(DEEP PEACE OF THE INFINITE PEACE TO YOU)
as a preliminary answer to the prayer

[IT'S SO] DEEP PEACE OF THE FLOWING AIR TO YOU
It's so peaceful close to a lullaby (to you)

DEEP PEACE OF THE QUIET EARTH TO YOU
Let us turn up in peace!

[I CAME AND FOUND MY] DEEP PEACE OF THE SHINING STARS TO YOU
I came and found my peace and this is not a recording
(from the lost lines out af Cabinessence which I (Holmes) was safe keeping all those years. And Cabinessence is a close enough cousin to Fire. Just go by Van Dyke's definition of the word (from the first line): "Light the light and FIRE mellow: Cabin Essence..." Which also takes care of that second big question later in the song: "Who ran the Iron Horse?" Well FIRE did - that's who!

DEEP PEACE OF THE RUNNING WAVES TO YOU
"...Somewhere in a PLACID pool and sink.."

And then we have your own plea and prayer as worded by Parks:
"is it hot as hell in here or is it me - it really is a mystery
If I die before I wake I pray the Lord my soul to take my misery"
First answered by the blessings and then by yourself, Brian telling us that:
"A world of peace must come...
...and the we'll get to world peace"
Which seems redundant but isn't necessarily so if we take it to mean that THEN and only by then can we begin to know what deep peace of the world would be like!

But what of the sensation, the revelation of the 5th elemnt - the quintessence of SMiLE if you will, expected to burst before us  musically AND/OR philosophically?
I know there's an answer. Now please find it for us Smiley Smilers!

Come to think of it... The Iron Horse (steam engine) must be the most 'elemental' mode of machinery ever made.
It needs coal (of the EARTH)
to feed the FIRE
which heats up the WATER in order
to produce the steam (AIR)...
So that makes it all 4 elements running that Iron Horse
Elementary indeed!
